She spent most of her childhood summers in Chivilcoy, southwest of Buenos Aires. In Chivilcoy, she was surrounded by nature and experienced a slower pace of life. This allowed her imagination to run free. As a nine-year-old in Chivilcoy, Alejandra was inspired to create the story of Yoclivihc.
